Los Prisioneros was Chilean rock band considered one of the most important and influential groups of their Chile. It is also often referred to by various global media and society in general as one of the biggest rock groups and Formed Latinoamérica. influential in the town of San Miguel, in the city of Santiago de Chile in 1979, initially consisted Jorge Gonzalez (leader, vocals, bass and composer), Claudio Narey (electric guitar, vocals) and Michael Tapia (drums, vocals).
They developed a simple sound reggae-tinged punk and new wave, and later with the synth pop. Becoming known in the eighties for his songs, in where they gave their views reflect critically on issues of society and of contingency in Chile and Latin America regarding them major players in the youth of the time.
My favorite song is Corazones Rojos which make clear a very big problem in society that is the different treatment of men and women of the time.
